Charmy Euro Skirt by Ragazza Bella using charm packs or assorted coordinating 5” fabric squares. The skirt contains offset fabric squares which give it a euro feel. An elastic waist ensures a comfortable fit.

Materials for skirt:
* 48 squares of 5” cotton fabric for 2-4: 13” length
* 52 squares of 5” cotton fabric for 5-8: 15” length
* waist width of ¾ inch elastic
Sizes that can be made: 2t-8
Final measurements: 2-4=13", 5-8=15" length
